Carbon-Flux
Carbonique stands for Carbon cycling In Quebec’s wetlands
CarboniQue is a new scientific initiative at the Université du Québec à Montréal and is researching mainly Flux-Measurements, Gas and water fluxes, but also other micro meteorological patterns such as precipitation, sun radiation and temperature, to better understand the conditions of permafrost areas in Quebec, Canada’s South-West.
We needed a visual identity to start communicating the initiative to academic and governmental institutions as well as to researchers, news-outlets and land-owners.
It should come across friendly and trustworthy and also refer to our domain – the land.
